Office Hours

Periodically, teachers will have office hours on Wednesdays to connect with students and families.  Please check back here for which teachers plan on having open TEAMS MEETING office hours.

If you haven't already filled this contact form out, please take a few moments.  We have found that many of the numbers that the school has are not current with each person's situation, so we'd like to update our records.

Parent Access: Clever

Creating a parent access account for Clever will allow you to see ALL your students work in one place.  In order to create the account, follow these steps:

​

1.  Send email to: CMSD.Integration@ClevelandMetroSchools.org

​

In the subject line, type: "access to Clever"

​

In the email message, include:

• your full name

• your children's names that are on file with the school

​

2.  Wait for email from the district (may take up to 24 hours as they verify that you are indeed the guardian of record - safety first!)

​

3. When you receive an email that comes from:

no-reply@clever.com, there will be a blue highlighted button with your children's names.  Click on one of the students.

​

4.  A screen will appear to connect to your child's school.  Click the blue "Get Started" button.

​

5.  You will be asked to verify that you are the child's guardian for final confirmation (safety again!).

​

6. If you confirm, you will create your account using your email address.

 

7.  You will then be sent to the Clever Family Portal where you will click on "Instant Login" for access to your child's/children's portal(s).

Clever: Student Accounts

If you haven't yet created a parent account, you may still access each individual student's account.  You will need your child's Clever user name and password.

Once you have this information, you can do the following:

​

1.  Log on to the district website:

Cleveland Metropolitan School District

​

2.  Click on Students and scroll to Clever.

​

3.  Click "Log in with Clever"

​

4.  Enter your child's username and password and then click "Log in".
